These Terms govern your use of Edoovi ERP and this website, provided by Edoovi Labs. Please read them; by using the service or the site, you agree to them.
The service
Edoovi ERP is school management software, provided with its parent and school apps, on a subscription quoted per school. What a school can do depends on the plan it is on and the modules it switches on.
Free trial
The 30-day free trial includes every feature, needs no credit card and carries no setup fee. At the end of the trial a school chooses whether to continue on a paid plan. We may change trial terms for future sign-ups, but not partway through a trial already running.
Setup, migration and training
We set the software up for the school, migrate its existing data, and train its staff, on-site and remotely, as part of taking a school on. There is no separate setup fee. Where a school needs hardware, we can arrange it through our partners; the hardware itself is supplied on the partner's terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
A school is responsible for its accounts and for who it grants access to. You agree to use the service lawfully, not to attempt to break or misuse it, and to keep the login credentials of your staff secure. Access to records is role-based, and a school is responsible for setting those roles appropriately.
Data
A school owns its data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy — the school is the controller and we are the processor. We do not sell it, and we return or delete it when a school leaves, subject to law.
Fees and payment
Pricing is quoted per school based on student strength and the modules chosen. Fees, billing period and payment terms are set out in the quote or order a school agrees to. Government taxes apply where relevant.
Intellectual property
Edoovi Labs owns the software, the apps, this website and their content. Using the service does not transfer any of that to the school. The school keeps ownership of the data it puts into the system.
Warranties and liability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Edoovi Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period concerned.
Termination
A school may stop using the service in line with its agreement. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or serious misuse. On termination, the data is returned or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the last revision, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
