Welcome to Edoovi Labs. By accessing or using our School Management Software platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Edoovi ERP platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. About the Service
Edoovi Labs provides a cloud-based School Management Software (School ERP) that enables schools to manage admissions, attendance, fee collection, timetabling, exam management, parent communication, and related administrative functions.
3. Free Trial Period
- Edoovi ERP is provided free of charge for the first 1 month from the date of registration.
- After the free trial, continued use of the platform requires selecting a paid plan in discussion with the Edoovi ERP team.
- Edoovi Labs reserves the right to modify the free trial duration at any time with prior notice.
4. Paid Plans
After the free period ends, pricing will be communicated and mutually agreed upon between the school and the Edoovi ERP team. Use of the platform after the free period without a confirmed paid plan may result in suspension of the account.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made to Edoovi Labs are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cancellation of subscription, non-usage of the platform, or dissatisfaction with the Service. We strongly encourage all users to make full use of the free trial period to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
6. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful school management purposes
- Not share account access with unauthorised persons
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India
7. School Data and Privacy
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the platform, including student records, fee details, and attendance data. Edoovi Labs acts as a data processor and handles school data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Student data entered by schools remains the property and responsibility of the respective school.
8. Payment Processing
Fee payments processed through the Edoovi ERP platform are handled via Razorpay. By using the payment feature, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Edoovi Labs is not responsible for any payment failures, delays, or disputes arising from the payment gateway.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may occasionally affect availability. Edoovi Labs is not liable for any loss arising from temporary service unavailability.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, designs, and materials on the Edoovi ERP platform are the intellectual property of Edoovi Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from Edoovi Labs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edoovi Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or business interruption.
12. Termination
Edoovi Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment after the free period, misuse of the platform, or any other reason deemed appropriate, with or without prior notice.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
