Nobody creates a clash on purpose. It happens because two grids were written on two different days by two different people, and nothing was reading both at once.

A generator that builds every section together cannot write this without knowing it has. That is the whole of the claim — not that it is clever, that it is looking.
The input
Four things, described once
Everything the generator needs is structure the school already has in its head. Set it down once and the grids follow — for every section, not for one.
It reads the staff and class records the rest of Edoovi already holds, so none of this is a second data-entry job.

Why it can see clashes
It is not building one timetable
Every class-section is generated against the same picture of who is teaching when. A teacher shared between two sections is only a problem if something is holding both grids at once — so it holds all of them.

A teacher’s week is not a separate document somebody assembles. It is the same entries, filtered to them — which is why it cannot drift out of step with the class grid it came from.

Edoovi does not describe itself as an AI product. It uses AI in five specific places where a person would otherwise be doing something a machine is better at, and the timetable is the clearest of them.

How does AI build a school timetable?
You set the structure — how many periods, where the breaks fall, which teacher takes which subject and when they are available. The generator then fills every class-section grid against those rules at once, and resolves teacher clashes as it goes rather than leaving them for somebody to find.
What exactly is a teacher clash?
One teacher booked in two places in the same period. On a wall chart it is invisible until the day it happens, because nobody is reading every class's grid at once. A generator that builds all of them together cannot create one without knowing it has.
Can we move a period after it has been generated?
Yes. Any period can be adjusted by hand afterwards. The generated timetable is a starting point that saves the week of work, not a locked output you have to argue with.
Does every section get its own timetable?
Yes. Every class-section is generated, which is the only way clashes can be caught — a teacher shared between VIII-A and VIII-B is only a problem when both grids are built together.
Where do teachers and parents see it?
On the app. The day's periods sit in the parent and student app alongside homework and the syllabus, and staff see their own teaching timetable on the school app. Nobody photographs a wall chart.
Which plan includes timetable generation?
Timetable management is on the Elevator plan, alongside exam master, class tests and admission enquiry. It reads the same staff and class records the rest of the system uses, so there is nothing to set up twice.
