Book a demo
See it on your school's classes, not on a demo school's
A school ERP demo is only useful if it runs on your own structure. Edoovi builds the call around your classes, your fee heads and your board, covers the features you ask about, and takes about forty minutes. Booking it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Would rather write it out? Use the contact form — it reaches the same people.

The itinerary
Roughly how the forty minutes go
Not a script — a call follows whoever is asking. But this is the shape most of them take, and it is worth knowing before you give up an afternoon.
-
First
Your school, not our slides
How many students, which board, what you run today — registers, Excel, or an ERP you have outgrown. This is the part that decides what the other thirty-five minutes are about.
-
The bulk of it
The three or four features you actually asked about
Usually fees, attendance and the parent app — set up with your fee heads, your classes and your sections, so the screens read the way your staff would read them. Not a tour of all eighteen.
-
Then
The awkward questions
What happens to last year's data, what a mid-session move looks like, who trains the staff, and what it costs. Better asked now than found out in March.
-
Last
What you do next, if anything
Normally the 30-day trial on one class. Sometimes a second call with the accountant. Sometimes nothing, and that is a real option on this call.
About 40 minutes end to end. A full walk-through of all eighteen modules takes longer, and is rarely what a school wants first.
After the call
The demo is not the decision. The month after it is.
Forty minutes cannot tell a school whether software fits. Thirty days of real fee collection can — which is why the call ends in a trial rather than a quote.
-
Day 0
The call
About forty minutes, on your own classes and fee heads.
-
Day 0
The trial opens, if you want it
Every feature unlocked. No credit card, no setup fee.
-
Days 1–30
Run one class on it for real
Your own fee structure and your own register, not sample data. Our team sets it up with you.
-
Day 30
Nothing happens on its own
The trial simply ends. Nothing charges automatically, and no one needs to cancel anything.
Prefer to skip the call and start on your own? Start the 30-day trial.
The small print
Five things this call does not ask you for
Booking a demo usually means handing over a card number and a fortnight of follow-ups. This is the list of what is crossed off before you even pick up the phone.
days free afterwards, every feature unlocked
-
A credit cardThe 30-day trial does not ask for one. -
A setup feeThere is none, on the trial or after it. -
An auto-renewalNothing charges when the 30 days end. There is nothing to remember to cancel. -
A cut-down trialEvery feature is unlocked for the full 30 days, not a sample set. -
A decision on the callThe next step is the trial, and the step after that is yours.
Before you book
The questions that come up on the way to a demo
Is the demo run on a sample school or on ours?
On yours. The call is built around your classes and sections as you name them, your fee heads with their concessions and instalments, and your board's academic structure. A generic sample school shows that software exists; it does not show whether it fits the way your school actually runs.
Can our accountant and teachers sit in on the call?
Yes, and it usually makes the call more useful. The people who will do the daily work — the fee clerk, a class teacher, whoever runs exams — ask the questions that decide whether software gets used after it is bought.
Do you go through all eighteen features?
Only if you ask. Most schools want three or four in a first call, usually fees, attendance and the parent app, and going deep on those is more use than a shallow pass over everything. The rest are there whenever you want to see them.
Do we have to decide anything on the call?
No. Nothing is signed and nothing is charged during a demo. The normal next step is the 30-day free trial, which needs no credit card, so a school can try the software on real work before making any decision at all.
What happens straight after the demo?
If you want to carry on, the trial opens with every feature unlocked for 30 days. There is no setup fee and nothing charges automatically when the trial ends. If you would rather think about it, nothing happens until you get back in touch.
Can we book a demo without using WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp is the fastest route, but the same team is reachable on +91 86901 11912 and at info@edoovierp.com, and the contact form goes to the same inbox. Use whichever you would normally use.
Whenever suits you
Pick a time that is not a school day crisis
Send one message with your school's name and roughly how many students, and we will come back with times. Forty minutes, on your own classes, and no card at any point.
Or email info@edoovierp.com — all three reach the same inbox.
