Nobody starts a trial from an empty database. Whatever the school runs on today is what the trial gets built from — and it lands under the same rules a paying school's data does.

That is the whole of it. A free trial that quietly turns into a bill is not free, and a trial you have to remember to escape is not a trial. This one just stops.

What is included in the free trial?

All eighteen features and both mobile apps, unlocked for the full 30 days. It is the same software a paying school runs, not a sample tier with the useful parts held back — which is the only way a trial can tell you whether it fits.

Do we need to install anything to start?

No. Edoovi ERP is a cloud system, so the office and staff work in a browser on the computers already on the desks. The parent and school apps are free downloads from the Play Store and the App Store. There is no server to buy and nothing to install on site.

Should we trial it on one class or the whole school?

One class or one section is usually enough, and it is the faster start. A single class carries real fee heads, a real register and real parents, which is what a trial has to be tested against — the whole school can follow once the shape is agreed.

Who sets it up, us or you?

Our team does it with you. Setting up fee heads, classes and an academic structure correctly is the part that decides whether the software gets used, so it is not left as homework. Training can be on-site or remote, whichever suits your staff.

What happens when the 30 days end?

Nothing charges. There is no card on file to charge, no automatic renewal, and nothing anyone has to remember to cancel. If the school wants to carry on, that is a separate conversation you start when you are ready.
